Comic Convention Merchandise

Hellllooooo Fans of Dorothy,

As the 2006 Comic Book Convention season starts it's engines we would like your input as to the kinds of merchandise (aside from the comics, books and shirts that we already have available in our Store http://www.dorothyofoz.net/store.html )
that you think will go over well with fans and potential fans at conventions. We have ready stock listed at http://www.cafepress.com/dorothyofoz/

Which of the following Dorothy merch. should we bring to comic cons this year?
Sweaters/sweatshirts
Mugs
Tank tops
G-strings
Boxers

What other kinds of merchandise would you like us to have available for sale

Thank your for your input,

Illusive Retail Management

I like the black and white ringer T, the trucker cap, and the beer stein. ^_^

Well, if you wanna be practical...

The Dorothy Tote Bag would be my suggestion. Comic book collectors would find it very handy for carrying their merchandise as they walk through the convention.

All of the above, and especially the G-strings. :)

Okay, seriously: the tank tops, G-strings, and boxers would probably go over quite well, along with the usual T-shirts and such. I'd also like to see buttons—you know, the standard 1" round buttons every indie band on the planet has, with either the "D" graphic, the "Dorothy" logo, or possibly a tagline and the "Dorothy" logo in miniature. But that's just me.

Mugs, definitely. I love t-shirts and such, but I've been collecting mugs for years. They're useful and never shrink in the wash. *Grin*

I'd like to see Dorothy boxers in purple, but I'm just weird like that. =)

merch

I really like the messenger bag, and agree with the previous comment that it might be darned useful at conventions and the like.

I hadn't seen the cafepress shop in a while--dude, dog shirts? Those are really neat except that you totally need a doggie shirt that has a big flying monkey on it. I'm not exactly sure why, but that's really important to me right now. I suppose a dog shirt with TO2 would be good as well.

I'm not exactly sure what kinds of shoppers a person runs into at comic cons, but I have to say that a healthy sprinkling of flying monkey imagery would be great to add to the Dorothy logo. I don't know if I'd buy boxers with the Dorothy logo, but I would fall over myself in my rush to buy boxers with flying monkeys on them! *grin*
